With the advancement of smart grid technology, lightning protection systems are evolving from passive protection to active monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. In smart SPDs integrated with NB-IoT technology, our high-voltage doorknob capacitors serve dual functions:

- Providing stable voltage sampling references for online monitoring circuits
For instance, in Dekai Technology's smart capacitor cabinet SPDs, these capacitors enable real-time data transmission of leakage current and temperature measurements via RS485 communication. The capacitors' exceptional performance characteristics include:
- Low voltage coefficient
- Linear temperature characteristics (±0.5% value change from -40°C to +85°C)
These features ensure precise monitoring data accuracy. In UHV substations, our custom doorknob capacitors (voltage ≥ 300kV) form RC absorption circuits with ZnO varistors, achieving:
